Cancelling/rescheduling your appointment

A 50% total treatment booking fee is required in advance to secure all bookings. This is non-refundable and non-transferable within 48hours of your appointment.

Therefore, please give 48 hours’ notice if you find it necessary to cancel / reschedule your appointment, otherwise your 50% appointment booking fee may be retained if there is insufficient notice to offer your appointment to someone else. The purpose of the cancellation fee is to recoup some of the lost revenue that Polish & Glow would have received if the pre-booked appointment was attended.

Appointment cancellations can be made by phone or text to 07800 768804 or DM via Facebook: Polish & Glow. Where at least 48hours notice of a cancellation has been given, the booking fee will either be refunded (or can be transferred if client reschedules their appointment to a later date).

In some cases, cancellations of less than 48 hours may be unavoidable (e.g. if you need to cancel because you have tested positive for Coronavirus or have had close contact with someone who has the virus). These will be dealt with on a case by case basis and if appropriate you may reschedule and transfer your booking fee over to your new appointment. However, this new appointment may not be rescheduled or cancelled without forfeiting the original booking fee.

Please ensure you arrive at your appointment on time.

Each different type of eye treatment for all new clients that haven’t had that treatment with Polish & Glow will require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. All patch tests undertaken will incur a small fee which will be deducted from the treatment cost.
