How can I book an appointment?

All appointments are to be booked online. If no times are available to view that means we are fully booked but you can add yourself to the waiting list on the same calendar at any time. You are welcome to make contact before booking with any booking or treatment queries.

If you require any nail art please contact beforehand and include a description and/or picture of what you are after so we can access how much extra time will need to be booked for your appointment. Basic glitter application is included in the price of a gel mani but nail art is charged according to extra time and product required; requests to nail art on the day may not be accommodated if there is insufficient time. 

How can I make payment?

A 50% total treatment booking fee is required in advance to secure all bookings. This is non-refundable and non-transferable within 48hours of your appointment. The remaining balance due may be made at the end of your treatment by either card or cash.

Can special requests be made in advance of an appointment?

Yes, of course! Clients are encouraged to reach out if any considerations need to be made during their appointment.

For your safety and comfort, please contact us beforehand to discuss your needs, whether that be details of any allergies, medical conditions/ prescribed medication etc., mobility/accessibility requirements or if you need a cultural or religious consideration to be made during your appointment.

Polish & Glow happily offer a ‘silent service’ to clients upon request and/or can even accommodate specific music tastes (including no music), just make a note at the time of booking or contact us in advance with your requirements.

Polish & Glow happily offer a ‘silent service’ to clients upon request and/or can even accommodate specific music tastes (including no music), just make a note at the time of booking or contact us in advance with your requirements. Should you request this option, a thorough consultation will be undertaken prior to treatment in addition to clarification/approval throughout the process but the rest of the time is the clients.

Where are you located and is parking available?

Polish & Glow private studio is situated in Rhiwderin, Newport, in a ground floor building with its own private entrance and bathroom. Please contact in advance of your booking to discuss any mobility/accessibility requirements. There is plenty of street parking outside the property.

Can I see a copy of your insurance certificate and/or qualifications?

Yes, of course. Polish & Glow are fully qualified and insured to undertake all treatments offered. Certificates can be made available upon request.

Can you provide details of the products you use?

Yes of course. Product ingredients and safety data sheets (previously known as MSDs) for products used by Polish & Glow can be made available upon request.
